Job summary

TJX Stores in Council Bluffs is seeking a front-of-store leadership role to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise a team of Associates. The position emphasizes coaching, supervision, and adherence to store standards while driving loyalty programs.

• Models outstanding customer service and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Promotes loyalty and credit programs while ensuring adherence to labor laws and store policies.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end principles and customer personalization.
