• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment.
• Promote safety and adhere to labor laws and store policies.
