Flexible schedule required, including nights and weekends. You will train staff, coordinate POS coverage, and address customer concerns to maintain a positive shopping experience and store performance.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and customer service principles.
• Ability to train Associates on front end operations and loyalty programs.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience required.

• Promote an excellent customer experience; oversee front of store team.
• Lead by example; engage with customers and promote loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, manage POS coverage, coordinate breaks.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and priorities.
• Communicate priorities and progress with management.
• Provide recognition and constructive feedback to staff.
• Partner with management on Associate training needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
• Promote safety and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Support shrink reduction programs and other duties as assigned.
