Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline associate at our Wisconsin store to promote a highly satisfying customer experience, train and mentor Associates, and ensure smooth register operations.

You will help drive loyalty through programs and initiatives while maintaining cash controls and store standards. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required, with opportunity for advancement within a Fortune 100 company known for off-price retail leadership.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without accommodations
• Able to train and provide direction to others
• Able to run a register/handle money
• Must handle confidential information with discretion
• Retail/supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Promotes a “Highly Satisfied” customer experience
• Drives customer loyalty through programs and initiatives
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly
• Trains and mentors Associates on Policies and Procedures
• Maintains and upholds cash controls including change fund
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for coverage
• Maintains cleanliness, recovery, and organization on frontline
• Ensures safety and adherence to labor laws and policies
