Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a capable retail leader at our Southlake, TX location to oversee front-of-store operations and promote an outstanding customer experience. You will mentor Associates, manage POS coverage, and ensure safety and policy compliance while driving loyalty programs and a positive, efficient work environment.

You will train team members, coordinate breaks, and communicate priorities with management, ensuring a high standard of service and store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment and frontline customer interaction.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Capable of multitasking and adapting to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example at the front of the store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks for all Associates.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Support safety, labor compliance, and adherence to store policies.
