Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience
• Strong merchandising techniques
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store activities
• Oversee Associates, assign registers, coordinate breaks and ensure POS coverage
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety procedures
• Communicate priorities to Management and provide progress updates
