Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in the United States is seeking a retail frontline supervisor to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience across registers and sales floor.

You will mentor Associates, manage cash controls, and coordinate coverage while maintaining visual merchandising standards. Ideal candidates are high school graduates with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, able to work evenings/weekends, and capable of training others.

Qualifications

• High School graduate preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to work as part of a team and provide direction to others.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Capable of lifting heavy merchandise with or without accommodations.
• Experience coordinating or supervising retail operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and drive loyalty.
• Train and mentor Associates on frontline policies and procedures.
• Manage register operations and cash controls.
• Coordinate breaks and assign registers to ensure coverage.
• Monitor frontline equipment and address issues with management.
• Maintain merchandising standards and safe store environment.
