We expect 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, strong merchandising knowledge, and the ability to multi-task. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

• Strong merchandising knowledge and customer service focus.
• Ability to multi-task and work with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of front-end Associates to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Promotes loyalty programs and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles.
• Coordinates breaks and POS coverage; responds to customer concerns promptly.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and store policies.
