Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a Store Team Member in Loveland, CO. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast checkouts. You’ll unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain neat product displays while promoting rewards programs and private label cards.

This role supports BOPIS/SFS and store recovery to keep the shop well merchandised. Applicants should have retail or customer service experience, be comfortable with cash handling, and be able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to assist customers and resolve questions
• Comfort with cash handling and checkout procedures
• Experience stocking merchandise and maintaining shelf presentation
• Strong teamwork and communication in a retail setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout experience
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise, maintain in-store planograms
• Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
• Educate customers on loyalty programs and private label credit cards
• Perform in-store recovery and stock checks to ensure in-stock conditions
• Support shrink and safety programs and adherence to SOPs
• Cross-train in framing selling and production when needed
