Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. operates a Michaels store in Loveland, CO, seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast checkouts.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising while promoting rewards programs and enrollment in private label credit cards. Responsibilities include omnichannel support (BOPIS/SFS), voice-of-customer education, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to move throughout the store and lift heavy boxes.
• Excellent cash handling and checkout skills.
• Experience with loyalty programs and enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program enrollments and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship From Store).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and store maintenance; ensure in-stock, well-merchandised store.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; maintain professional behavior.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
