Job summary

Michaels in Loveland, CO is hiring a Store Team Member to help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will execute cash handling to standards and engage customers in rewards programs and private label credit card enrollments.

The role involves truck unload, stocking, planogram maintenance, and merchandise recovery while supporting in-stock optimization and store safety.

Qualifications

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings as required.

Responsibilities

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
Engage customers on rewards programs and private label credit card enrollments.
Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey and omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram execution.
Maintain stock and assist with merchandise recovery and store recovery.
Support store-wide in-stock optimization and ad set duties as assigned.
Adhere to SOPs and company policies; maintain a respectful, team-oriented environment.
Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
