Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Store Associate at the DEN-LAKEWOOD/WADSWORTH, CO location to assist customers, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

The role involves stocking, merchandising, truck unloads, and supporting BOPIS/SFS, with adherence to SOPs and safety standards. Retail or customer service experience is preferred; physical duties include standing and lifting.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift boxes.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Restock and maintain in-stock shelves; follow planograms.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
