Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and providing solutions.
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Unload trucks and stock shelves; maintain planograms and in-store recovery.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and enroll customers in loyalty programs.
• Participate in store recovery, SISO and AD set duties; uphold SOPs and safety programs.
