Responsibilities include SOP adherence, scheduling, inventory management, shrink/safety programs, and serving as Manager on Duty. Strong leadership and retail framing experience are valued; basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating a framing solution for their art.
• Drive custom framing sales.

• Manage and execute the inventory management processes as assigned.
