Responsibilities

• Drive framing sales by developing customer relationships and offering tailored solutions.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies; manage workload and store operations.
• Support talent development, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
• Oversee inventory, safety programs, and Omni-channel processes as needed.
