• Assist Store Manager in SOP adherence and company programs to ensure compliance and high store standards.
• Plan workload and manage framing team to meet KPI targets.
• Oversee inventory, shrink control, and safety programs; act as Manager on Duty.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members.
