Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. seeks a supervisory-in-charge role to support production, retail, and donation door operations. The candidate will ensure adherence to ESGW policies and oversee cross-trained staff across sites.

Supervisory duties include coaching, motivating, and directing teams to meet performance standards while maintaining a high level of guest and donor service. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required as needs shift.

Qualifications

• Must be cross-trained and assist in all aspects of retail, production, and/or Donation Door operations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Develops a superior workforce through coaching conversations, feedback and by requesting Manager action with any staff that are failing to meet expectations.
• Ensures success by motivating and engaging the team; set the example.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Donation Door activities and assist in all Goodwill operations as needed.
• Respond to changing workloads and priorities in retail, production, and donation processing.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; adapt to shifts as required.
