Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking a Retail Supervisor to oversee floor activities and ensure guest and donor service goals are met. This role may serve as Supervisor in Charge and requires cross-training across all store operations.

Flexibility for weekends/evenings is essential, as is adherence to ESGW Best Practices and policies. The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of retail experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work with people with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Sensitive to guest needs and wishes.
• Ability to work effectively with people with disabilities or other special needs.
• Must have computer experience and be competent in internet use and a variety of computer software applications.
• Must have strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• All positions require the completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Retail Sales Floor activities to ensure goals are met.
• May serve as 'Supervisor in Charge' of the entire facility.
• Ensure high level of guest and donor service.
• Cross-training required in all aspects of Goodwill.
• Move between assignments as priorities change and adhere to Best Practices.
