Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Sales Floor Supervisor to drive customer service and profitable sales growth by leading associates, managing merchandise standards, and executing visual programs. Responsibilities

• Directs customer service and sales activities in store; resolves customer issues.
• Manages merchandise standards through Put to Fixture, SET, and Visual processes.
• Trains, mentors and coaches all associates on jcp.com pickup, delivery and returns.
• Leads specialty businesses (Fine Jewelry, Mattress, Window) and monitors productivity standards.
• Partners to source and hire hourly associates; coaches in the moment and addresses performance issues.
• Ensures shrink, safety, omnichannel, scheduling, engagement and attendance meet targets.
