Job summary

SKIMS, located at Forum Shops at Caesars in Paradise, NV, seeks a Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor. The role emphasizes brand values, inclusive culture, and strong leadership to drive store performance.

The Supervisor will manage opening/closing, cash, stock, and floor presentation while guiding Team Members to achieve KPIs and deliver memorable shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or management experience in retail.
• Passion for SKIMS brand and inclusivity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to stand, move around store, lift up to 40 lb.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor with a customer-obsessed mindset and model signature service.
• Drive performance as Sales Floor Captain through coaching.
• Manage opening/closing, cash, and store cleanliness.
• Coach team on selling, product knowledge, styling, and customer needs.
• Provide feedback and support growth through learning agility.
• Support onboarding and reinforce standards and store policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, floor updates.
• Track sales, set goals, celebrate wins to hit KPIs.
• Monitor inventory, visual standards, product availability.
• Communicate openly to foster an inclusive culture.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and speed.
• Support daily action plans and shift recaps with Store Leaders.
