Job summary

SKIMS, a leading fashion brand, is seeking a Supervisor for our Forum Shops at Caesars location in Las Vegas. The role centers on driving daily sales, coaching team members, and delivering exceptional customer experiences on the floor.

You will lead operations, manage cash handling, and support training of new staff, while maintaining visual standards and product knowledge. Open availability for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail or fashion.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset by delivering warm, intentional service on the floor and modeling those behaviors for the team.
• As Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management, coaching, and team motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks and priorities are executed with Operational Excellence, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to customer needs.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments by encouraging Learning Agility within the team.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of new Team Members and reinforce standards, brand values, and store policies.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and support product launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Assist leadership in achieving store KPIs, tracking sales, setting goals, and celebrating wins.
• Monitor inventory levels, visual standards, and product availability throughout the day.
• Communicate openly with the team to foster an inclusive culture and motivate others.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy, speed, and ownership.
• Support daily action plans, zone assignments, and shift recaps with Store and Assistant Leaders.
