Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor at our Boca Town Center location to drive daily results on the sales floor. You will lead by example, coach team members, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards and store policies.

In this full-time role, you’ll manage operations, open/close procedures, monitor KPIs, and ensure inventory and visual standards are met. You’ll motivate the team, train new staff, and support a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail.
• Passion for SKIMS brand and mission to serve our team and customers.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to uphold visual and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset by delivering warm, intentional, and personalized service on the floor.
• When assigned as Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management and coaching.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations priorities with Operational Excellence.
• Coach Team Members on selling, product knowledge, styling, and customer connections.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments; train and onboard new Team Members.
• Maintain product knowledge and execute launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Help the leadership team achieve store KPIs and drive results.
• Monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to foster a positive, inclusive culture.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy, speed, and ownership.
• Support daily action plans, zone assignments, and shift recaps with Store Leaders.
