Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Sales Floor Lead to support daily store operations and drive sales while adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months supervisory experience or 90 days in service industry.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Prior service-industry experience preferred.
• Retail training completion required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, process payments, returns and credits.
• Ensure proper rotation of merchandise.
• Stock floor and maintain a clean, presentable store.
• Observe safety policies and conduct daily floor checks.
• Assist in training and mentoring staff and supervising associates.
• Record receipts and balance cash at shift end.
