Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: restock products, execute merchandising plans, and maintain cleanliness.
