Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a motivated Key Holder to support daily store operations and mentor a frontline team. You’ll help drive customer service excellence, maintain the premium Skechers environment, and contribute to achieving sales goals.

In this entry-level leadership role, you’ll supervise opening/closing procedures, coach associates, and ensure a great shopping experience for every guest. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership to deliver expert product guidance and a great shopping experience.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and security.
• Mentor teammates in customer service, selling techniques, and daily tasks.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Address in-store challenges promptly to ensure smooth operations.
