You will supervise daily tasks, assist with opening/closing, mentor associates, implement merchandising plans, stock shelves, and ensure security protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service management and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Supervise daily operations including opening/closing and security.
• Mentor shop team in customer service, sales and operations.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock, and keep store clean.
• Oversee stock and inventory with store management to address needs.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues to ensure smooth customer experience.
