Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC in New Jersey is seeking a Key Holder, a floor leader, to oversee daily store operations, mentor team, and help deliver outstanding customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

You will supervise opening/closing, support sales goals, and maintain the premium Skechers shopping atmosphere, with on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement within the global Skechers brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous Key Holder/Shift Leader or retail supervision experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert product advice and ensure a great customer experience.
• Supervise daily store operations, opening/closing as needed.
• Mentor team members in customer service, sales and daily tasks.
• Execute merchandising plans and maintain store cleanliness.
• Help achieve store and individual sales targets.
