Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a reliable Key Holder to support store operations and mentor a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will assist with opening and closing procedures, help ensure excellent customer service, and contribute to meeting sales goals while maintaining the store’s premium appearance. Ideal candidates have prior experience in retail supervision or leadership roles, strong communication skills, and a commitment to a positive, guest-focused shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder/Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service management to ensure a great shopping experience.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing and security procedures.
• Mentor team in customer service, sales and daily operations.
• Help achieve store and individual sales goals.
• Manage merchandising, restocking and store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines.
• Resolve in-store issues promptly.
