Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a friendly, energetic Key Holder to help lead daily store operations and mentor a team of sales associates. You will drive customer service excellence, support sales goals, and maintain a premium shopping environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and opportunities to advance within Skechers’ global brand. Prior leadership experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality helps.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership to drive sales and satisfaction.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing and security.
• Coach and mentor team members in customer service, sales, and daily tasks.
• Execute merchandising plans and maintain store appearance.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues to ensure a smooth experience.
