Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer service management: advise customers on Skechers products and ensure fit and great experience.
• Retail leadership: supervise daily operations, openings/closings, security and standards.
• Team leadership: mentor and support team members in entry‑level retail tasks.
• Sales and goals: help achieve store and individual targets through effective selling.
• Store operations: merchandising, restocking, and keeping the store clean.
• Retail supervisor duties: oversee stock and collaborate with management.
• Problem solving: identify and resolve in‑store challenges for a smooth shopping experience.
