Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to provide expert product advice and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Help achieve store and individual sales targets.
