Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder/Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Strong sales and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to provide expert product advice and ensure great fitting experiences.
• Retail Leadership: Oversee daily operations, open/close procedures, and uphold security and standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks like customer service and sales.
• Sales and Goals: Help achieve store and individual targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising, restock products, and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Manage stock and inventory with store management collaboration.
• Problem Solving: Proactively address in-store challenges for a smooth customer experience.
