Job summary

Buckle in Sherman, TX seeks a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, champion guest service, and lead merchandising and daily operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit new Teammates, coach performance, and maintain Buckle’s standards across the sales floor, fittings and register areas.

The role emphasizes leadership, showmanship, and a strong customer focus, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, training, and executing store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent retail experience.
• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop Teammates daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, merchandising and store operations to meet goals.
• Recruit, train and coach Teammates for peak performance.
• Deliver legendary guest service and build client relationships.
• Oversee POS, pricing, promotions and loss prevention basics.
• Maintain clean, organized, shoppable store and visual standards.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales strategy.
