Job summary

Buckle in Texas is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader. You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandising, onboarding and guest service, while developing leadership skills and recruiting Teammates.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, assisting with merchandise, executing POS procedures, maintaining store standards and supporting the team to meet performance goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Assist guests with merchandise selection and location
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to teammates
• Execute POS procedures and maintain store standards
