Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive the guest experience and store performance in Sherman, TX.

You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit teammates, guide sales strategies, and maintain store standards. Responsibilities include leading sales, merchandising, and daily operations, while coaching teammates to achieve goals and deliver the Buckle experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related retail experience required.
• No supervisory experience required but leadership potential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with merchandise display, pulls, and store operations.
• Lead by example in customer service and sales presentations toTeammates and Guests.
• Recruit and train Teammates; develop leadership within the team.
• Maintain compliance with POS procedures, exchanges, and loss prevention guidelines.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable; support Visual Merchandising and operations.
