Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Arlington, TX is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising and operations.

You will partner with store management to recruit, train and coach Teammates while maintaining Buckle’s high standards of customer service and presentation. You will lead daily guest interactions, assist with visual merchandising, oversee POS procedures, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail experience 1–3 months preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with merchandise selection and locating items.
• Lead by example with professional conduct and showmanship.
• Recruit and train Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
