Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support sales, merchandising, and store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive guest satisfaction, recruit Teammates, and develop leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, demonstrating product knowledge, and maintaining excellent store standards across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with selection and product knowledge.
• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Support store leadership in daily operations and merchandising.
