Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Sterling, CO is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in driving sales and guest service.

You will participate in recruiting, coaching, and leading teammates, while overseeing merchandising, POS procedures, and store operations to ensure a premier shopping experience for every guest. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 months related retail experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist in sales, merchandising, and store operations as directed by management.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer focus; coach and develop teammates.
• Support recruiting, training and development of new teammates.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Handle operations tasks including POS procedures and shift coverage.
