The starting hourly rate is $15.91 with a range of $16.39–$16.88, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement within the global Skechers brand.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Advise customers on Skechers products to ensure fit and experience.
• Retail Leadership: Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: Mentor team members in customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Sales and Goals: Drive store and individual targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Merchandise, restock, and maintain cleanliness to enhance the shopping environment.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Manage stock/inventory and coordinate with management.
