Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal form.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: engage with customers to provide expert product advice and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations, store opening/closing, and security procedures.
• Team Leadership: mentor team members in entry-level retail tasks and customer service.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock and inventory with store management collaboration.
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve in-store challenges for a smooth customer experience.
