Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide expert product advice and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and security.
• Mentor and support team members in customer service, sales and daily operations.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Perform merchandising, restocking and housekeeping to maintain a premium store environment.
• Address in-store issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
