Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to support daily store operations, mentor team members, and deliver exceptional customer service.

This entry-level management role covers opening/closing, helping meet sales goals, and maintaining Skechers’ premium shopping environment, with growth into Retail Management.

Starting pay is $19.12 per hour with regular increases and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communications.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Advise customers on Skechers products to ensure a great fit and experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations, including store opening/closing, and uphold security and standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail activities.
• Sales and Goals: Help achieve store and individual targets through effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising, restock products, and maintain a clean, inviting environment.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Manage stock and collaborate with management on operational needs.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth customer experience.
