Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and interpersonal interactions.
• Highly organized to manage inventory, staffing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service management to deliver expert product advice and ensure a positive purchase experience.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and security.</br>Maintain high operational standards.
• Mentor and support team members to grow in entry-level retail roles like customer service and sales.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets through effective selling techniques.
