Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a dedicated Key Holder to support store leadership and deliver exceptional customer service. In this entry-level management role, you’ll help manage daily operations, support sales goals, and maintain Skechers’ premium shopping environment.

You'll mentor teammates, supervise opening and closing procedures, and contribute to merchandising, stock control, and a safe, enjoyable shopping experience for customers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles preferred but not required.
• Strong selling skills to meet revenue targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert advice on Skechers products to customers.
• Supervise daily operations including opening/closing and security procedures.
• Mentor and develop team in entry-level retail tasks.
• Execute merchandising plans and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventories and collaborate with management.
• Proactively solve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
