Skechers is hiring a Key Holder to join our retail team in a hands-on leadership role. You will oversee daily store operations, mentor teammates, and support sales goals while maintaining our premium shopping environment.

As a Floor Leader, you’ll deliver customer service, supervise opening and closing procedures, and help drive revenue through effective selling techniques. This role offers a clear path toward Retail Management within a global brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Deliver expert advice to customers and ensure a great experience at checkout.
• Retail Leadership: Supervise daily operations and opening/closing procedures, maintaining security and standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and keep the store clean.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory routines and coordinate with management.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth customer experience.
