Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a dedicated Key Holder (Floor Leader) to support daily store operations and mentor a team on the sales floor. You will help achieve sales goals, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain Skechers’ premium shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of application.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership and guidance to the sales floor.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, and security.
• Mentor team members and support development in customer service and sales.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets through effective selling.
• Maintain merchandising, restocking, and store cleanliness to enhance the shopping environment.
