Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Key Holder to manage daily store operations, mentor staff, and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service. This entry-level leadership role focuses on opening/closing procedures, security, and creating a premium shopping environment.

You will help the team meet sales goals, supervise daily tasks, and support ongoing training in retail leadership and customer service. 18+ and flexible scheduling required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products, ensuring a great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations including opening/closing procedures and security.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members to grow skills in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store/individual targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, keep store clean and inviting.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock/inventory and coordinate with management to address needs.
