Skechers is seeking a Key Holder to help lead daily store operations and mentor a team in delivering excellent customer service. You will oversee opening/closing procedures, drive sales, and uphold Skechers' premium shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great customer experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations, store opening/closing, and security standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail activities.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising, restock products, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock/inventory and coordinate with management.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges for smooth shopping.
