Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to support daily store operations, mentor the team, and help achieve sales goals. This entry-level management role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service within Skechers' premium shopping environment.

You will supervise opening/closing, manage inventory, and assist in merchandising while fostering a positive, energetic work culture. Growth into Retail Management is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem solving skills to resolve in-store issues.
• Highly organized to manage inventory, staffing, and other tasks.
• Ability and desire to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment for store employees.
• Comfortable mentoring team members and communicating with all levels of the store team.
• Acts with a sense of confidentiality and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: provide expert product advice and ensure customers leave with the right fit and great experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations, opening/closing procedures, and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support staff in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock and inventory routines with management for operational needs.
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve in-store challenges for a smooth shopping experience.
