Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail supervision is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage store operations and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert product guidance and ensure customers leave with the right fit and great experience.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and security.
• Mentor team members to grow skills in entry-level retail tasks.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
